Overview

The Reports section in Vineforce Teams provides a unified view of your team's productivity, attendance, and activity across projects, users, and applications.

It is designed to help managers and team leads make data-driven decisions by offering clear insights into how time is spent, which projects are most active, and how efficiently the team is working.

From project-level tracking to individual user activity and application usage, Vineforce Reports consolidate all performance data into a single, easy-to-use interface allowing you to view, filter, and export information for deeper analysis.

Accessing Reports

To open the Reports section:

  1. Sign in to the application.
  2. Navigate to the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click Reports.

From the Reports dashboard, each report type is displayed as its own card. Click View Report on any card to open that report.

The Project Report gives you visibility into how time is distributed across your organization's projects.

User Attentiveness Report

The User Attentiveness Report measures how focused and engaged users are during their work hours.

This report helps you:

  • Correlate attentiveness trends with productivity and shift data
  • Support coaching conversations with objective engagement data
