Cloud Deployment

Cloud Deployment lets you start using Vineforce Teams immediately — no server setup, no infrastructure management.

The platform is fully hosted and managed by Vineforce, so your organization can focus on productivity tracking and team insights rather than system maintenance.

Step 1: Create Your Company Account

Create an organization account on the Vineforce Teams platform.

Your account lets you:

  • Set up your organization and add employees
  • Configure productivity tracking settings
  • Access dashboards and reports
  • Manage authentication tokens for device deployments

Step 2: Install Vineforce Teams Lite on Employee Devices

After creating your account, deploy the Vineforce Teams Lite application on employee systems.

Vineforce Teams Lite runs silently in the background — it tracks activity without interrupting the user's workflow.

Choose Your Installation Method

Windows — Manual Install Best for single machines or IT teams who prefer a guided setup wizard. Install via Setup Wizard →

Windows — PowerShell Script (Recommended for Enterprise) Fully automated: installs .NET 9, downloads the MSI, configures the auth token, and sets up auto-start via Scheduled Task. Ideal for mass deployment via Intune, GPO, or SCCM. Install via PowerShell Script →

Linux — PowerShell Script (Wayland) Automated PowerShell Core script: installs .NET 9, downloads and extracts the application, sets permissions, and launches on Wayland. Install via PowerShell Script (Linux) →

What Happens After Installation?

Once the desktop application is installed on an employee device:

  • Activity tracking begins automatically in the background
  • Usage data is securely sent to the Vineforce Teams platform
  • Administrators can view insights through the web dashboard

No action is required from the employee after the first launch.

After completing cloud deployment, configure your organization:

  • Set up Apps & URLs to define what gets tracked
  • Configure Offices to associate employees with locations
  • Define Shift Schedules to align tracking with working hours
  • Add employees, assign roles, and review productivity dashboards
